Nothing breaks. A plan has no dates, so it waits at the day you left and there is no catching up. Your streak allows one missed day a week.
Your streak is the number of days in a row you have marked a plan day done. One missed day a week does not break it: read the next day and it carries on, and that allowance comes back a week after you use it. Miss two days in a row and it starts again. Your longest streak is always kept.
Yes. Sign in with your email address, and your plans, notes and highlights follow you to a new phone.
Yes. Sign in with the same email on each, and plans, progress, notes and highlights stay in step between them.
Everything: every plan you started or built, your notes, highlights and progress, and you can finish any plan you already have. Premium runs until the end of the period you paid for, and after that only starting a new plan and Ask need it again. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions.
Android holds reminders back until you allow the app to set exact alarms. In Trellis, open Settings, switch Daily reminder off and on again, and your phone will ask you to allow alarms and reminders. Or tap Exact timing under Reminders, which opens the same screen. On iPhone the reminder is always on time.
In the app, open Settings and tap Delete account, at the bottom. It removes your account and everything in it right away, from your phone and from our servers, and from our backups within 30 days. No longer have the app? Email [email protected] from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account; we do it within 30 days. Deleting your account does not cancel Premium: cancel that first in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions.
